Returns & exchanges are easy! Follow these 3 steps for a hassle free process.
- Mark the Items you would like to send back on the Original or a copy of the original Invoice and write Return, Exchange or Store Credit on the receipt.
- If you would like to exchange,Place your unworn, unaltered & non-damaged merchandise and receipt in a package of your choice.
- Please send us message through our Contact Us Pages for any returns or exchanges, or you may email us directly at returns@urbancarats.com
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping. We will send you a return label if there is any error on our side when sending the jewelry.

Purchases made using PayPal as a payment method are not eligible for exchange and can only be processed as a return.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via our Contact Us.
Custom and personalized orders
We value our customers need of personalizing their choice of jewelry. Personalizing jewelry is a very good way of having something with you all the time with the initials/dates or words related to you or your loved ones. We do our best to hand stamping/ hand engraving your alphabets or words or symbols on the jewelry your like. Each jewelry is carefully personalized and cleaned/polished. We would love to see you wear your personalized jewelry forever. This is one reason why we maintain our quality of jewelry to the best.
Due to the unique nature of these jewelry, all personalized jewelry with your choice of engraving/hand-stamping are not returnable. But if you have any questions regarding the quality please feel free to contact.
We primarily ship with USPS Priority within 50 states in the USA.
► USA: STANDARD SHIPPING - with USPS PRIORITY MAIL (BOX 5"x3") and USPS First Class Mail. The tracking number will appear in your order details in the Order Management page. Transit time is about 3-7 days after handling time for Domestic Orders.
► RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select an expedited form of shipping. Also, please note the date you need it by (in the "notes" section) so we can work to make it happen, or contact you if it’s cutting it too close and discuss options.

Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.
When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service, and sometimes they unfortunately take their time!
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like CHICAGO, IL, 60666, US), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas.

Yes, we do wholesale too. All jewelry are not available for wholesale but most of the jewelry can be made for wholesale customers. Please send us a message on our Contact Us page regarding wholesale inquiry and answer these few questions:

We wrap your jewelry on our cute and secure Urban Carats Jewelry branded Gift Box. This will be also ready to be given as a gift to someone. The box will be secured with non-squash-able packing along with Tear-Proof Water-Proof Polyethylene Mailers. We take extra care when shipping our orders.
If you like us to pack your jewelry to your special recipient on a Premium Gift Boxes like (Leather, Velvet or Premium cloth) please tell us in advance and we will arrange those for you.
Please mention on "Notes" section if you like to include a note for your recipient. Like Birthday wish, Special Occasions note, Love notes, or anything that you want to say. We will be more that happy to include this on your behalf.
All jewelry are vulnerable to the oxygen in the air. All silver/gold jewelry, event the purest form are very likely to oxidize after some time. It is very easy to wipe and clean the oxidization though. Just use a simple jewelry cleaning cloth, the ones without chemicals.
We do our best to put an extra layer of anti-tarnishing when making our jewelry. This prolongs the life of the jewelry. But we highly recommend not to wear your jewelry while taking bath because most of the shampoo has hash chemicals which are not good for the Gold Plating. Soap is not bad for the jewelry at all though. Also try not to wear your jewelry when swimming, gardening, house cleaning, working out, applying sun lotions or spraying perfumes directly on jewelry.
